Shipping policy

We’re committed to getting your åKrrush order to you fast and reliably. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when we ship.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12pm (PT) may be processed the following business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship throughout the United States. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or peak holiday volume.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time using the link provided in the email.

If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 business days of placing your order, reach out to us at support@akrrush.com.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered or incomplete addresses.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP to make changes. If it’s already en route, we’ll do our best to assist, but rerouting may not be possible.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

1. Check around your delivery area (mailbox, porch, neighbors).
   

2. Contact the shipping carrier directly.
   

3. Reach out to us if the issue isn’t resolved — we’ll help make it right.
   

If your items arrive damaged, email us at support@akrrush.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery.
